Crown Princes Felipe and Letizia arrived tonight in Abu Dabhi, capital of United Arab Emirates, for a two-days visit. They were recieved by UAE Transports Minister, Sheik Abdullah al Rachid Al Otaiba, the Spanish Ambassador in Abu Dabhi, Gonzalo de Benito, and the UAE Ambassador in Madrid, Hissa Al Otaiba.

This is their first visit to the region and has the goal of promoting Spanish eco-friendly energy companies, world leaders in the sector. The high point of the trip will be Crown Prince Felipe interviention in the "World Future Energy Summit Abu Dhabi". They will also have meetings with local authorities, businessmen and spanish residents in UAE.

Felipe and Letizia visited today the Sheik Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Mausoleum and Mosque. They also visited the Mubadala Soberane Found, had lunch qith UAE Crown Prince Sheik Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and a meeting with the spanish companies that will participate in the "World Future Energy Summit Abu Dhabi". Later, Crown Prince Felipe with speak at the summit and the royal couple will offer a reception to the spanish community in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
