Because she smokes and parties way too much. That ruins your skin and makes you ver skinny. And having puffy face/big head, she looks that way since she was a kids (imo). It's her bone struture...

I think Kate's puffy face is just genetics. She always has fleshy face (as well as fleshy thighs) despite being thin. And it doesn't help that she has a large head! Furthermore, alcoholic beverage(s) & cigarette smoking can age a person prematurely. |
