Having seen the video, I think his remarks were a 'joke' between friends and not meant in a racist context at all. His voice didn't imply nastiness when he said it either. Besides the footage where he is 'talking' to the Queen is quite funny.
That aside he shouldn't have called him a 'paki' full stop. I have Asian friends who take offense to it no matter what tone it is said in.

He probably meant it as a joke and men talk to eachother differently than women do. I have two friends that call eachother, in a friendly way and as a form of endearment, by a word that would otherwise be really really contentious.  The first time I heard it I was just about to get under the table in case they started throwing punches and yanking hair. I thought surely that must be next. They were both laughing and hugging eachother.  All that being said, he should know better than to say things that can be taken in any way out of context and used for trafficking more bad press coverage. Harry................. you just can't be "one of the guys" all the time!!! |

That was taken out the context, imo! But Harry needs to be careful with this kind of stuff. What was a joke among friends sounded bad for others and him as a public figure is in a position where people use this situations to do personal attacks...

All right, now that I have seen the video... It was a joke taken to the extremes.... he shouldn't made the remarks, but well this is Harry and he does not always think about things like that.  The press are just out to eat him alive. Trying to create controversy where there really is none because they have tagged him a wild child. That last part.
