and what I find kind of humourous (and sad kind of for her as a young woman) is she doesn't seem to mind looking like "just a booty call"for Harry. 
 She could comb her hair a bit , try to look a bit more dignified or something.

In Astrid's defence, she has denied the rumours according to a friend. They have only been romantically linked and is no real evidence they are dating.

Well, she hasn't spoken to the press directly (I don't count the classic "a source" because nobody knows if that is true or whether the reporter is making it up as reporters do not have to disclose their sources).

No, but there has been reported times when the press has directly said that either Kate herself has answered the phone (while on a vacation that no one was supposed to, but did anyway, know about) or that she has their number and they hers. That with the fact that both her mother and sister have openly talked to the press (her sister has given at least one, maybe two open interviews with the press- Hello mag). So no they are not actually discreet, if you are calling discreet, not actually talking to the press. Chelsy has never talked to the press, but Kate she has.

Crotch shots, her apparent desire to be a princess with a total disregard of her self-respect, laziness; hence, waity katie (stop me 'cause I could go on & on & on) are not what I would call discreet!  Waity is so transparent that it's despicable (IMO)!

There was an article early on, that Kate introduced/set up Harry with Astrid. I'm sorry I don't have the particular link, maybe someone else will know, but it was one of the first articles about Astrid.
